How to Do a Bulk Product Edit in SalesPlay Back Office

Overview of Bulk Product Editing

Improve your product management efficiency using the Bulk Product Edit feature in the SalesPlay Back Office.

If you need to make changes to multiple products at once, you can:

  • Download your existing product list as a CSV file
  • Edit the required fields
  • Re-upload the same file through the Import section

Using the same CSV file for both export and import ensures a smooth workflow and prevents product duplication.

Step-by-Step Guide to Bulk Edit Products

Step 1: Open Product List

Login to SalesPlay Back Office → Go to Products from the main menu → Open Product List.

Step 2: Export Existing Products

Click the EXPORT button → Select Import CSV.

The system will automatically download your current product list as a CSV file.

Step 3: Edit the CSV File

Open the downloaded CSV file and make the necessary changes to your product details.

  • Update product names, prices, categories, stock, or other fields as required.
  • Do not rename or delete column headers.
  • Save the file in CSV format after editing.

Step 4: Upload the Edited File

Return to Products → Product List → Click Import.

Drag and drop the edited CSV file into the upload area, then click UPLOAD.

  • Click Confirm Import.
  • Once completed, the updated product details will reflect in the Back Office Product List.
