How to Change POS App Item Cart Layout in SalesPlay

The Item Cart Layout feature allows you to customize how items appear in the cart when the same item is selected multiple times during a transaction. You can choose between two display options: “Increase Quantity” or “Multiple Lines”.

Item Cart Layout Feature

This setting empowers you to personalize the display of items in the cart area:

• Increase Quantity: Adds more quantity to the existing line for the same item.
• Multiple Lines: Creates a new line for each selection of the item.

Steps to Change Item Cart Layout

1. Open the POS App main menu.
2. Select Settings.
3. Choose Software Customization.
4. Click Item Cart Layout.
5. Select either Increase Quantity or Multiple Lines.
6. Click SAVE to apply the changes.

Special Note

The feature that allowed you to customize how items appear in the cart when the same item is selected multiple times during a transaction—offering “Increase Quantity” or “Multiple Lines”—is no longer available in the latest version 115.0.
