The Teya Payment Gateway integration allows you to accept card payments directly through your SalesPlay Android POS using a Teya payment terminal. Once the integration is set up, payment amounts are automatically sent from SalesPlay POS to the Teya terminal, making checkout faster and reducing manual entry.

Requirements
Before you begin, make sure you have:
- A SalesPlay account
- A Teya merchant account
- A Teya payment terminal
- SalesPlay POS (Android)
- Internet connection (Wi-Fi or SIM for the terminal)
Note: Teya integration is currently available on SalesPlay Android POS only.
Step 1: Configure Teya in SalesPlay Back Office
- Log in to the SalesPlay Back Office.
- Go to Settings → Features →
- Find Payment Gateways, enable it, and click Save
- Now Payment Gateways will appear in the Settings section
- Click Payment Gateways and then click Add Payment Gateway.
- Select Teya Payments.
- Make sure the correct payment terminal is assigned.
- Click Save.
- Click Sync Now to send the settings to your POS devices.
Step 2: Enable teya for Card Payments
- Go to Settings > Payment Types.
- Open the Card payment type.
- Turn on Payment Gateway Enable.
- Select teya as the payment gateway.
- Click Update.
Your Card payment type is now connected to teya
Step 3: Enable Teya on the POS
- Open the SalesPlay POS app.
- Log in with your POS account.
- Go to Settings → Payment Gateway.
- Enable Teya.
SalesPlay will automatically download the payment gateway settings.
If the settings do not appear:
- Sync the POS again.
- Restart the POS application.
Step 3: Pair the Teya Terminal
- Turn on the Teya payment terminal.
- Make sure it is connected to Wi-Fi or has an active SIM.
- On the terminal, open Activation / Pairing Code.
- Open the Teya mobile app.
- Go to Devices.
- Add a new terminal.
- Enter the pairing code or connect using Bluetooth.
- Select the correct shop and terminal if multiple devices are available.
Step 4: Test the Integration
To confirm everything is working:
- Create a sale in SalesPlay POS.
- Select Pay with Teya.
- The payment terminal should automatically display the payment amount.
- Complete the payment on the terminal.
- Verify that the transaction appears in both:
- SalesPlay Reports
- Teya Merchant Portal
The values in both systems should match.
Troubleshooting
Terminal is not connecting
- Check that the correct terminal is assigned.
- Pair the terminal again from the Devices menu.
Configuration is not loading
- Sync the POS.
- Restart the SalesPlay POS app.
Teya option is not available
The Teya integration currently supports SalesPlay Android POS only.
