Paystack Payment Integration with SalesPlay POS

Use the Paystack payment gateway to accept payments directly through SalesPlay POS.

Step 1: Add Paystack in Back Office

  1. Sign in to SalesPlay Back Office.
  2. Go to Settings > Features.
  3. Enable Payment Gateways and click Save.
  4. Go to Settings > Payment Gateways.
  5. Click Add Payment Gateway.
  6. Select Paystack from the payment gateway list.
  7. Enter the required information:
    • Device Name
    • Environment Type – Production or QA
    • Provider Type – Scan to Pay or Visa
    • Secret Key
    • Currency
    • Target Terminals
    • Status – Keep enabled.
  8. Click Save.

Step 2: Enable Paystack for Payments

  1. Go to Settings > Payment Types.
  2. Open an existing payment type or create a new one.
  3. Enable Payment Gateway.
  4. Select Paystack as the payment gateway.
  5. Click Update.

The payment type is now connected to Paystack.

Step 3: Check the SalesPlay POS App

  1. Open the SalesPlay POS App.
  2. Go to Settings > Payment Gateway.
  3. Check that Paystack appears in the list.
  4. If it is not available, tap Sync to sync the latest Back Office settings.
  5. Select Paystack and enable Status.
  6. Save the changes.

Paystack is now configured on the POS App.

Step 4: Process a Payment

  1. Open a New Sale.
  2. Add the items to the sale.
  3. Tap Charge.
  4. Select the required payment method.
  5. Select the appropriate Paystack payment option.
  6. Follow the instructions to complete the payment.

Once the payment is successfully completed, the sale can be finalized in SalesPlay POS.

Note: The available Paystack payment options depend on the provider type and configuration selected in the Back Office.
