How to Access Cash Rounding Report
- Login to POS Back Office.
- Select Reports from the main menu.
- Go to Sales by Payment Type.

Under Cash rounding, you will see the relevant figures for your sales transactions.
Rounding Options in SalesPlay POS
SalesPlay POS provides two types of rounding:
- Rounding: Automatically rounds the bill total to the nearest multiple of the smallest denomination, which may be higher or lower than the unrounded total.Example: Total bill = $9.90 → Rounded total = $10. The system handles this automatically and prints the rounded amount on the receipt.
- Manual Rounding: Allows the user to adjust the total to any desired value. Useful when taxes, discounts, or special business rules require a specific total.Example: Item Price = $100, Tax = 10%, Discount = 15%, Total = $93.50 → User rounds manually to $93.Also useful for countries with three-decimal financial transactions, such as Bahrain.
