The Copy Product or Clone Product feature allows users to duplicate an existing product within the POS system. By creating a new product with similar attributes, this feature simplifies and speeds up the process of adding products with shared characteristics.

Imagine a textile shop selling various dress styles. Instead of manually entering details for each new style (e.g., summer dresses, evening gowns, casual wear), the shop owner can use the clone feature to duplicate existing products quickly.

Steps for Copying or Cloning a Product
- Log in to the POS Back Office Webportal.
- From the main menu, select Products.
- Navigate to the Product List.
- Search for and select the product you want to copy or clone.
- Check the box next to the product (using the checkbox on the left-hand side).
- Look for the COPY PRODUCT button in the upper left corner.
- Click the COPY PRODUCT button.
- Enter the relevant details for the new product and click the Save button.
