How to Check Customers’ Last Visit Date
- SalesPlay allows you to track each customer’s Last Visit Date directly from the Back Office.
- Including the last visit date in customer reports helps improve customer relationship management (CRM) and enables targeted marketing campaigns.
Steps to View Customers’ Last Visit Date:
- Log in to the SalesPlay Back Office Web Portal.
- Select Customer from the main menu.
- Go to Customer Base.
- Click on the Last Visit Date column to view details.
Export Option: You can download the Customer Report in PDF or CSV format by clicking the Export button.
