Important: Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, all associated data will be permanently removed from our system and cannot be recovered.
Before proceeding, please make sure you export and securely save all important data, including:

Steps to Delete Your SalesPlay Account
If you still wish to proceed with permanent deletion, follow these steps:
- Log in to the SalesPlay Backoffice Web Portal:
https://cloud.salesplaypos.com
- Click the Menu (☰) icon.
- Open the dropdown next to Admin.
- Select My Profile.
- Click the Delete button.
- Enter your current password to confirm the action.

Special Note
- You must enter your password for security verification.
- Deleting your account will permanently erase all data and cannot be undone.
- Please download and save all important records before proceeding.
