How to Change Currency Format In Your Account

Step-by-step process

 

You can update the currency name or symbol used in the SalesPlay POS System through the BackOffice Web Portal. The system automatically assigns a primary currency based on the country selected during your initial registration. If needed, you can change it at any time by following the steps below:

 


Steps to Update the Primary Currency

 

 

  1. Log in to your SalesPlay BackOffice Web Portal.

  2. Go to the Settings section.

  3. On the left-hand menu, select Currency.

  4. Click on Primary Currency.

  5. Update the Currency Name according to your preference.

    • (Note: A maximum of 6 characters is allowed for the currency name.)

  6. Click the Update button to save your changes.

Your primary currency will now be updated across the system.
