How to Create a Combo Product

Combo Product Feature

  • A combo product bundles multiple items together as a single package.
  • Benefits:
    • Cost Savings: Customers get a discount when buying bundled items.
    • Increased Sales: Combo deals encourage higher order values.
  • Steps to create:
    1. Create regular selling products (e.g., fried rice, noodles, pizza).
    2. Create a combo product in Back Office and name it.
    3. Create Combo Sets (e.g., Main Course, Side Dishes) and add products to each set.
    4. Set the correct quantity (QTY) for each set.
      Example: For the “Side Dishes” set, set QTY as 2 to allow customers to choose two items.

Steps to Create a Combo Product

1. Login to POS Back Office

  • Select Products from the main menu.
  • Go to the Product list.
  • Click the Add Product button.

2. Enter Combo Product Name and Selling Price

  • Tick ON “Combo Product” under Additional Options.
  • Add Set Name for the first combo set.

 

3. Add Products to the Set

  • Use the Select Product area to add products.
  • Enter the correct QTY for each set.

 

4. Add More Sets (if needed)

  • Click Add Set for additional sets.
  • Correctly add the Set QTY so customers can select from multiple products.
  • After adding all details, click Save.

 

✅ Combo product creation complete!
