How to Do Transfer of Goods (TOG)

February 11, 2026

TOG (Transfer of Goods) refers to the process of
moving stock items from one store or location to another
within your business. This feature helps manage inventory across multiple
branches by tracking stock movement between locations.

What You Can Do with Transfer of Goods

  • Move stock between different store locations.
  • View transfer history for better inventory tracking.
  • Perform transfers using both the POS App and Back Office Web Portal.

How to Perform Transfer of Goods via Back Office

  1. Log in to the SalesPlay POS Back Office:

    https://cloud.salesplaypos.com/
  2. Select Inventory from the main menu.
  3. Click on Transfer of Goods.
  4. Click the Create Transfer of Goods button.
  5. Select the FROM location and TO location.
  6. Select the relevant product from the dropdown list.
  7. Enter the transfer quantity.
  8. Click the ( + ) button to add the product.
  9. Click Create to complete the transfer.

How to Perform Transfer of Goods (TOG) via POS App

  1. Open the SalesPlay POS App.
  2. Go to Inventory from the main menu.
  3. Select Transfer of Goods.
  4. Tap Create TOG.
  5. Select the destination (TO) shop.
  6. Select the relevant product category.
  7. Select the product you want to transfer.
  8. Enter the transfer quantity.
  9. Tap Add to List.
  10. Tap View List to review items.
  11. Tap Save to complete the transfer.

Important Note

Before performing a Transfer of Goods, ensure that the product exists
and is active in both the source (FROM) and destination (TO) locations.
If the product is disabled in either location, enable it first by editing
