How to Get Email Notifications for Low & Negative Stocks

Overview – Low & Negative Stock Email Alerts

• The Email Notification feature in SalesPlay POS allows you to receive alerts when products reach low stock or negative stock levels.
• This helps you reorder products on time and avoid stock shortages.
• To receive low stock alerts, you must set a Safety Stock level for each product.

How to Activate Email Notifications

1. Log in to the SalesPlay POS Back Office.
2. Click on Settings from the main menu.
3. Go to the Feature section.
4. Turn ON the Notification Settings option.
5. Click Save.
6. Once enabled, a new Notification Settings section will appear under Settings.

How to Enable Low Stock Email Notifications

1. Log in to Back Office and navigate to Settings.
2. Go to the Feature section.
3. Open Notification Settings.
4. Turn ON the Low Stock Notification option.
5. Select your preferred notification time.
6. Enter the email address(es) to receive alerts.
7. Click Update.

Important Notes

• You can add up to 5 email addresses for notifications.
• Make sure the email addresses entered are valid.
• Select a notification time that matches your business operating hours.
