How to Print Barcode Labels

 

SalesPlay POS allows you to print barcode labels that include the product name, price, currency, and barcode.

Before printing labels, make sure that a barcode has been assigned to each product. You can add or edit barcodes from the Add Product or Edit Product section in the Back Office.


Steps

Step 1: Login to Back Office

  1. Log in to the POS Back Office Web Portal.

  2. From the main menu, select Products.

  3. Click on Product List.

 

Step 2: Open Label Printing

  1. Click the three-dot (⋮) button near the Import button.

  2. Select Print Labels from the dropdown menu.

 

Step 3: Configure Label Settings

  1. Select the correct Label Type from the dropdown.

  2. Select the correct Shop.

  3. Tick the fields you want to print on the label:

    • Product Name

    • Price

    • Currency

  4. Select the relevant Category.

  5. Choose the product.

  6. Enter the quantity (QTY) of labels you need.

  7. Click the “+” Add button.

  8. Click the Create Labels button.

 

Step 4: Print the Labels

  1. A new tab will open with the label preview.

  2. Click the Print button.

  3. Configure your printer settings correctly.

  4. Click Print to complete the process.


Special Note

To print a barcode on the label, ensure that the product barcode has been added in the Add Product or Edit Product section before generating labels.
