SalesPlay POS allows you to continue billing even without an internet connection using Offline Mode. Offline receipts are stored safely on your device and can be synced to the Back Office once you’re back online.
Steps to Sync Offline Receipts
- Open the POS App.
- Go to the Main Menu.
- Select Manage Sales → Past Receipts.
- Identify Offline Receipts: Look for receipts with a small Offline icon on the left. These receipts are stored on your device but not yet synced to the Back Office.
- Connect to the Internet: Turn on Wi-Fi or ensure you have an active internet connection.
- Sync to the Cloud: Tap Sync Receipts to the Cloud. The Offline icon will disappear, confirming that the receipts have successfully synced to the Back Office.
Important Notes
- Offline Mode supports only basic receipt processing. Some advanced functions require an internet connection.
- Do not uninstall the app or clear its data while receipts are offline, as this may cause unsynced receipts to be lost permanently.
- Once synced, your receipts will be available in the Back Office for reporting and record-keeping.
