SalesPlay Open Bill Sync Option
The Hold Receipt Sync function allows hold receipts to be synced across multiple POS terminals within the same business location.
- For example, in a restaurant with multiple POS terminals, staff can edit or complete already-held receipts from any terminal.
- If your business location has more than one POS terminal, the Hold Receipt Sync option is automatically activated.
- All hold receipts, including Customer Orders, Reservations, and Table Reservations, will sync automatically across terminals.
- Example: In a restaurant with 3 POS terminals, when a cashier opens a receipt for a customer, the hold receipt will be synced to the other two POS terminals.
Access Open Bills from POS App
- Open the POS App main menu and select New Sale.
- Click on Open Bills.
- You will see all hold receipts from other terminals within the same location.
